Planner answers
Month, climate profile, space, sun, root depth, watering and experience are processed by JavaScript in the browser. The project does not receive or save them as a user profile.
The planner does not ask for a name, account, street address, precise location or garden photograph.
Technical requests and hosting
When a page is requested, hosting and network providers may process ordinary connection data such as IP address, time, requested path, browser information and security events. Retention and access depend on configured services and contracts.
The final public notice must match the actual domain, providers, retention settings and any security or consent tooling in production.
Email contact
If you choose to write, the responsible person receives the address, content and technical metadata carried by email. Send only what is needed for the request and do not include health, identity, financial or other sensitive material.
Messages may be kept while a request, correction, legal duty or dispute is handled and then deleted or minimized according to the final retention policy.
Responsible person and legal context
The responsible person is established in Spain. EU and Spanish privacy and information duties apply to the Spain-based operator. Canadian federal and provincial privacy, consumer and electronic-communications rules may also apply according to the actual cross-border service; the publication text requires a separate legal opinion. This page avoids claiming that one law is the only possible law for every visitor.
Access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction, portability or complaint rights depend on the applicable framework and facts. Identity may need proportionate verification before a request is fulfilled.
Future measurement or advertising
No optional tracking technology is enabled in this candidate. Before analytics or advertising is introduced, the project must inventory vendors and purposes, update notices, configure consent where required and verify that rejection is as usable as acceptance.
