Provenance

Where the New Zealand rules come from

The register separates original synthesis, factual context, publishable data and research-only material. A link is not a claim of endorsement.

Sources support the editorial synthesis for New Zealand; no independent agronomic review is claimed.

How a source enters the package

The project records organisation, stable URL, access date, editorial role, rights position and limitations. Operational rules may cite only sources allowed by the fail-closed package contract.

When sources disagree

Differences are treated as evidence of scope, cultivar, climate or method, not silently averaged. A conservative original band is used or the rule remains unavailable pending review.

No disguised copying

The project links and paraphrases factual context. It does not republish source maps, tables, images or substantial text without explicit compatible rights.
