Useful local guidance needs evidence, limits and accountable review

Every market is treated as a separate editorial package. A translation alone is never accepted as local coverage.

1. Utility before page volume

A page must help a person observe a real site, compare a manageable choice or understand a limitation. Thin keyword variants, fabricated precision and pages created only to carry advertisements are excluded.

2. Original writing and responsible tools

Drafting tools may support research, structure, translation and consistency checks. The project remains responsible for source selection, fact checking, rights, local wording, safety language and publication decisions.

No source table, map, illustration or substantial passage is disguised as original work. Verbatim material is avoided unless brief quotation is necessary and permitted.

3. Evidence classes

Internal synthesis identifies original project rules. Fact references support context without importing a dataset. Published data is permitted only with explicit rights. Research-only sources can shape questions but can never power a public rule.

4. Geographic and rights boundaries

A New Zealand source does not automatically validate another country, island, region, district or council area or microclimate. The source register records organisation, URL, access date, role, rights position and limits.

If commercial or derivative rights are unclear, the material stays linked and paraphrased as factual context or is marked research-only.

5. Review gates

Ceferin makes the final editorial publication decision for the complete New Zealand package. No independent agronomic or native-language review is claimed for this version.

6. Uncertainty, safety and corrections

The project avoids chemical prescriptions, diagnoses and guarantees. If a pesticide is considered at all, check current EPA controls, the complete product label and any relevant council restriction; the project does not diagnose a problem or prescribe a treatment. Corrections are assessed against the source and the complete affected package.

Material corrections update the date and invalidate stale attestations. Minor spelling or presentation corrections still remain visible in version control.

7. Editorial independence and advertising

Advertising, if introduced after consent and legal checks, will not buy rankings, erase cautions or determine source selection. Sponsored editorial placement is not part of the current candidate.
