The idea
A generic planting calendar cannot see a shaded balcony, shallow planter, frost pocket, intense reflected heat or limited watering routine. The project starts with those constraints and explains every suggestion.
The United Kingdom package
This package contains a complete local technical corpus:
- a browser-based planner that needs no account or postcode;
- Seven deliberately broad climate profiles selected by the user;
- 24 original crop pages;
- 8 practical guides about observation, setup and routine;
- methodology, provenance, editorial, privacy, legal and review records.
One product, independent local packages
The global architecture shares tested components and semantic contracts. Each market owns its locale, routes, profiles, calendars, wording, sources, legal context and review record. A package can be withheld without creating fallback content from another country.
Coverage limits
Broad profiles cannot capture every elevation, coast, cold-air drainage, urban heat, soil, exposure, allotment rules and water availability. The planner does not use live weather, soil tests, water-quality data, pest diagnosis or cultivar-specific maturity.
Responsibility and review
Jose Camacho Sanchez is responsible for the project. Independent agronomic and native British English opinions define what was assessed; Ceferin makes the final editorial decision.
Funding and version status
The United Kingdom package is editorially approved for publication. Advertising remains separate from rankings and evidence, and the guidance is not professional agronomic advice.
