Planner answers
You can provide a month, broad climate profile, growing space, direct sunlight, usable root depth, watering routine and experience. The page keeps those answers in memory only while it calculates and displays the result. Closing or reloading the page clears them.
The current code does not transmit those answers to a project server, create a user profile or store them in a cookie, localStorage, sessionStorageor IndexedDB.
Technical requests and hosting
The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Like other web infrastructure, it may process request information such as an IP address, date and time, browser details and requested files to deliver, cache and protect the site. The project does not add its own application logs or analytics database.
Infrastructure processing follows theCloudflare privacy policy. It means a visit should not be described as anonymous or confined entirely to the device, even though planner answers remain local.
Email contact
If you email the public address, the sender address, message, attachments and technical headers pass through the sender’s provider, Google Gmail and the responsible person. They are used to understand and respond to the request, handle a correction or accessibility issue, meet an applicable obligation or protect legal rights.
A message is retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable legal requirements, subject to provider backups. Do not include sensitive data, identity documents, precise location, credentials or information that is not needed.
Responsible person and international context
The public responsible person is Jose Camacho Sanchez, a natural person established in Spain. The operator is not represented as established in Australia. Network and email providers may process data in more than one country under their own arrangements.
Applicable privacy rights
When the project controls personal information, a person may request information, access, correction or deletion and exercise any other right available under the law that applies to their circumstances. Proportionate identity confirmation may be needed before disclosing or deleting a message so that another person cannot obtain it.
Australian Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles coverage can depend on facts such as whether an overseas organisation carries on business in Australia and has an Australian link. This page therefore neither claims an exemption nor promises that every Australian privacy rule applies. TheOAIC key-concepts guidance provides the official context.
Future measurement or advertising
The current version has no advertising scripts, identifiers, social pixels or analytics. Before activating any such service, the project must identify the provider, purpose, information processed, retention and applicable consent controls, update this notice and complete a new privacy and technical review.
